"Pink White and Blue" is a sardonic battle anthem speaking to the hopeless pragmatism trans people develop over time in the midst of current events. Mourning when someone dies doesn't make you a good person. The rights we have weren't won by crying, but rioting and acting. Our predecessors spent time, effort, sweat and blood to get us here and some of us are still paying that cost today.

One more murder maybe this time it'll hit
The open casket goes unnoticed by the masses
One more body folks are begging to forget
Stand in line, waiting for your turn
Climbing up the pyre you grow accustomed to the burn
And when the vigil's over and they move on from the hurt
